There is regular outdoor live music played daily Monday to Thursday from approximately 12 noon to 7.30pm, Friday and Saturday 12 noon to 11.30pm and Sunday 12 noon to 10pm. The style of music is typically folk, acoustic, jazz, folk-rock, feel good tunes and relaxed grooves. There is never any heavy rock music booked. On New Year’s Eve and over Easter there may be a ticketed events and wherever possible we will advise guests of these ahead of time and if events are scheduled to finish late.
Most guests at Caves House Apartments love the ability to stroll across the lawn and enjoy a meal, some great music, or the markets but please be aware that the music in particular will generate some ambient noise.
No pets are allowed at the property. Guide dogs are the only exception. Please contact the property beforehand.
Guests must be 18 years or over to book a room with Caves House Apartments, and must be a legal parent or guardian of the remaining guests, if they are under 18. Photo identification maybe requested upon check in.
Please note that we do not accept bookings from guests under 19 years of age during Schoolies/Leavers Week period. Please contact the property to ensure you meet conditions before booking.
Caves House Apartments encourage guests to enjoy their stay whilst keeping in the mind the enjoyments of others. We kindly ask that all guests are quiet by 10pm on weekdays and midnight on weekends. Whilst guests can have visitors, we strictly prohibit parties in any of our apartments. Guests not adhering to this policy will be asked to leave the premises and may not be refunded.
Please note that this property does not accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual “Schoolies/Leavers Week” period. We do not have adequate resources to engage the qualified security personnel required to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. Room Capacities shown indicate the maximum number of guests permitted using existing bedding and they apply to both adults & children. In some room types an extra rollaway bed can be provided at a cost of $50 per night.

Where there is a balance of accommodation due, this must be paid upon check-in. All guests are also required to provide a valid credit card for pre-authorisation. Cash bonds will not be accepted.
Keys will be left in a secure late box at the main entrance, the code to access the box will be provided upon reservation confirmation.

All of our apartments offer large, spacious living areas with separate bedrooms, bathrooms, a full kitchen and laundry. They offer a home away from home and are larger than an average hotel room, ideal for anyone who wants to have the facility to cook their own meals, or just additional space for the family. Please note that Studio Rooms do not have any kitchen or laundry facilities.
For Best Available Rate bookings: a deposit of one night’s accommodation is charged at the time of booking. The balance is due upon arrival.
For all other rates and packages: a 50% deposit is charged at the time of reservation.
A 1.9% fee applies to all credit and debit card transactions.
The complex is 3 storeys with external stair access along with a lift. Reception is located on the first floor the same as the car park and you will need to use lift or stairs to ground floor units.
All room types have garden views overlooking the Caves House Hotel’s heritage listed gardens.
Perth Domestic and International Terminals are approximately 3 hours drive, traffic permitting. Busselton Margaret River Airport is 40 minutes away. Private charters and bus services are available for airport transfers.

Caves House Hotel offers bistro style dining 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast hours are 7.30am - 10am, lunch runs from 12 noon -3pm, Dinner 5pm-8.30pm. There is ample parking at the property and is provided free of charge.
All apartments are fully self-contained and therefore are not serviced daily. However, if the duration of your stay with us is 6 nights or more, you will receive a full mid-week service. This includes a linen change and replenishment of all items.
