Arrival & Departure

Reception hours: Monday – Sunday: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
Closed Public Holidays.

After-hours arrival: No need to worry. If you arrive outside reception hours, your keys will be waiting in a secure lockbox beside your room door. Your access code will be provided upon contacting reception and advising of your arrival outside reception hours.

The Apartments

Self-contained living All apartments are fully self-contained with kitchen and laundry facilities. They are designed for guests who want the freedom to live at their own pace - cook when you feel like it, keep what you need in the fridge, stay as long as you’d like.

Linen and servicing All bed linen, pillows and towels are provided. Apartments are not serviced daily - this is a considered choice, not an oversight. For stays of six nights or more, a full mid-stay service is included, with fresh linen and replenishment of all items. Additional servicing can be arranged on request.

WiFi Free WiFi is available to all guests.

Convenient DIY outdoor dining Enjoy the natural bush setting of our barbecue and entertaining area, directly in front of apartments. Grab a couple of meat packs from Yallingup General Store, some fresh wood fired Yallingup bread, throw together a salad in the kitchen of your apartment, and grab some cold beers or local wine from the Caves House Bottleshop and you're all set for a delicious al fresco meal without having to even hop in the car.

Parking Ample free parking is available directly on the property.

Booking & Payments

Deposit and payment For Best Available Rate bookings: a deposit of one night’s accommodation is charged at the time of booking. The balance is due upon arrival.

For all other rates and packages: a 50% deposit is charged at the time of reservation.

A 1.9% fee applies to all credit and debit card transactions.

Cancellations

Cancellations and Amendments A minimum of 7 days notice is required by this property for cancellations. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival forfeit the full amount for the first night cancelled. Cancel before the 7 days of arrival for free cancellation.

Amendments are subject to approval and may incur a $50 processing fee.

Rates cannot be amended once confirmed. Promotional rates cannot be combined with other offers.

Policies

Age policy Guests must be 18 years or over to book. Photo identification may be requested at check-in. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Extra guests and bedding Room capacities indicate the maximum number of guests using existing bedding. An additional rollaway bed is available in some room types at $50 per night. Cots and highchairs are provided free of charge - subject to availability.

Quiet hours We ask that all guests are considerate of their neighbours: quiet by 10:00 pm on weekdays, and midnight on weekends. Private functions and parties are not permitted in the apartments.

Pets Pets are not permitted on the property. Guide and assistance dogs are the only exception.

Schoolies / Leavers Week Caves House Apartments does not accommodate school leavers during the annual Schoolies/Leavers Week period.

Accessibility
